Method
Prepare a little Cuban coffee with its foaming (recipe "Cuban coffee").
As the coffee maker finishes, it heats and foam 80 ml of milk up to 55-65 ° C.
Without a vaporizer, heat the milk in a spleen and bathe it with a hand foam.
It delivers the coffee in two cups and completes each with 30-40 ml of milk, about half and half.
Serve right away.
Tips and warnings
Never fill the Italian coffee maker above the valve. If you have espresso machine, prepare two espresses and beat the foaming with the first drops as with the coffee maker.
One last thing
Coffee with its milk chorrite: small, sweet and with character. Like a well-placed kopfi.
